1. Who we are
RoutineOS is provided by SIMPLionEX. For staff data, your employer is the data controller and SIMPLionEX is the processor.
2. What we collect
Names, usernames, hashed PINs, admin email addresses, department membership, task activity, comments, break and shift times, and sign-in records. Workspace requests include company name, contact name, email and phone.
3. Why we collect it
Only to run the service: showing routine cards and boards, recording work and staffing, producing reports, and keeping an audit trail. We do not use the data for marketing or profiling and we do not sell it.
4. Security
PINs and passwords are stored hashed, sessions expire, and each company's data is kept separate and accessible only to its own members.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in and remember your site link. No advertising cookies are used.
6. Retention
Data is kept while the workspace is active, or as instructed by the client company, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of your data. Staff should contact their employer first; you can also email support@simplionex.com.
